Modernized Family-Oriented Community Opens in Dubai

October 11th, 2018 -- Dubai, the United Arab Emirates – The property developer, Nakheel Properties, has just finished its latest development project in Dubai. It is a modernized community that is family-oriented and contains unique amenities and features unlike anywhere else. The name of this new mixed development is Jumeirah Village Circle.

At JVC Dubai, the residents can choose from apartments, villas, and townhouses. Gorgeous greenery and picturesque views surround them too. Families will find everything they need in this community, such as shops, mosques, fitness clubs, schools, and more. It is easy to travel to each public place with all the walkways and transportation systems that exist there. Everything is in close proximity of each other.

“The Jumeirah Village Circle Townhouses are very popular here,” said a representative of Nakheel Properties. “Like the JVC villas and JVC apartments, the townhouses are stylishly designed with a 2-car garage, balcony, and wide outdoor area for relaxation and family barbeques. The best part is the people of this community are friendly and respectful to each other. It is the perfect environment to raise a family in Dubai.”

The properties of the Jumeirah Village Circle area available to buy or rent. Off plan projects continue to take place in the community as well. Many of these projects, such as Artistic Heights and Bloom Towers, are available to book now on the JVC Dubai website.

Police spread-eagled them against a wall decorated in faded centuries-old frescos of solemn saints, then hauled them away. On the other side of the dispute, at a small church in the center of Kiev, a dozen men organized round-the-clock guard duty, worried that nationalist radicals might make their third attempt in a year to seize the place of worship. The incidents a week ago underline the tensions in...
