From a Conversation to a Change-of-Address Workflow
People traditionally search for terms such as "USPS change of address," "post office change of address," or "mail forwarding" when preparing to move. With AddressGenie in ChatGPT, users can explain their situation in natural language and ask for help completing the relevant tasks.
AddressGenie guides users through the required move information and creates a private Move Draft. Users can review and confirm their information before following a secure handoff to AddressGenie's hosted checkout.
