Hercules Designs has launched Goosr Rewrite, an AI-powered app that refines messages, emails, and posts across 14+ tone and style modes while keeping the writer's original intent intact.

San Diego, United States, September 5, 2026 /PressCable/ -- Hercules Designs has expanded its collection of purpose-built digital products with Goosr Rewrite, an AI writing companion designed to help users communicate more clearly and confidently. Built for everyday writing, the app refines messages, emails, social posts, and professional documents while preserving the writer’s original intent.

Finding the right words can be time-consuming, particularly when tailoring messages for different audiences or contexts. A 2025 NBER working paper by Dillon, Jaffe, Immorlica, and Stanton, based on a field experiment across 66 firms and 7,137 knowledge workers, found that those who actively used an integrated generative AI tool spent about two fewer hours per week on email and reduced time worked outside regular hours. Goosr Rewrite brings that time-saving potential to everyday writing, helping users refine existing drafts rather than starting from scratch.
Inside the app, users begin with their own text — a rough draft, a quick note, or something they have been staring at for too long. More than 14 refinement modes let them shape the output for different needs, from clearer and simpler wording to a friendlier, more professional, or more persuasive style. They can also adjust the refinement strength, choosing between a light touch and a more substantial rewrite.
“Clarity is a theme across all our products,” a company spokesperson said. “With Goosr Rewrite, we aim to help users improve their writing efficiently, without making the process more complicated.”
Goosr Rewrite follows a "Human over artificial" philosophy, with a focus on communication that feels personal rather than machine-generated. The app features focused, intuitive screens designed to help users express ideas with confidence while preserving their voice and original intent. Refined text can be copied, exported, or shared directly, and a built-in history and bookmarks feature keeps previous outputs accessible.
Privacy is central to the app's design. Hercules Designs states that Goosr Rewrite does not collect user data, with all history and preferences stored locally. Submitted text is processed only to generate the requested output.
Goosr Rewrite is now available on the Apple App Store and Google Play for Android users. The app supports English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.

The marketing of classical music concerts has increasingly focused on the musician rather than the music, with the often ephemeral cult of personality perceived as more valuable than the notes they play, at least in drawing an audience. So, it was refreshing to hear the fine young musician John Lee play. After studying at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, where he is now a member of the faculty, Lee earned a master’s degree from the Royal College of Music in London with distinction and...

From cherry and banoffee pie to Tabasco and sesame, the list of food aromas popping up in luxury fragrances keeps growing. Now some perfume makers are starting to ask if weight-loss drugs might be reshaping what consumers want in a scent. So-called gourmand fragrances like Thierry Mugler’s pioneering candyfloss-inspired Angel and Nina Ricci’s toffee apple scent Nina have been around for decades. More recent growth in the segment has been attributed to the Covid-19 pandemic-era boom in online...

The history of the betel nut, also known as the areca nut, stretches further back than previously thought. New research suggests that people on the Indonesian island of Sulawesi were enjoying its mind-altering effects as long as 25,000 years ago. The discovery began with two ancient skeletons whose teeth bore curious, deep grooves. Australian archaeologists suspected these were the result of repeatedly sucking on whole betel nuts. Chemical analysis subsequently detected traces of arecoline, the...
Widely known as Sam the Cooking Guy, Sam Zien is an enthusiastic proponent of sweet potatoes. He loves mashing them and seasoning with miso, butter and chopped spring onions. Or he cubes, boils and roasts the sweet potatoes, then adds a generous dollop of lemon yogurt, with sprinkles of dukkah, a mixture of chopped nuts and sesame seeds, seasoned with cumin, coriander and salt. Another way is to add sweet potatoes to quesadillas with Mexican chorizo, a highly seasoned fatty pork sausage, and...
