Booking Ninjas has launched its first packaged industry solution for retreat centers, combining reservations, availability, group bookings, billing, invoicing, requests, reporting, and daily operations in one Salesforce-native platform. The solution offers industry-specific workflows while remaining configurable for each organization's operational needs and business processes.
Miami Beach, Florida, October 9, 2026 -- Booking Ninjas has launched its first packaged industry solution, built around the everyday operational needs of retreat centers.

For years, Booking Ninjas has worked with different organizations by adapting its Salesforce-native booking and reservation platform around the way each customer operates.
That flexibility remains an important part of the company.
What is changing is the starting point.
Instead of asking every new customer to begin from a blank page, Booking Ninjas is now taking what it has learned from different implementations and organizing those capabilities around groups of businesses that often face the same problems.
Retreat Centers is the first industry to receive this approach.
A retreat center can look simple from the outside, but a single group booking can quickly involve dozens of guests, lodging, meeting spaces, different rates, changing headcounts, deposits, invoices, room assignments, special requests, meals, and several staff members trying to keep everything updated.
When those details live across spreadsheets, emails, calendars, payment records, and separate tools, even a small change can create more work.
A group that grows from 30 guests to 42 may affect rooms, meeting spaces, billing, guest information, and other parts of the operation. Staff then have to make sure every place where that information appears stays accurate.
Booking Ninjas wants the software to follow that real workflow instead of simply giving retreat centers another place to enter data.
The new Retreat Center solution brings together the parts of the Booking Ninjas platform that are most useful for these situations. Reservations can stay connected with availability, contacts, group bookings, rates, billing, invoices, requests, reporting, and other operational information.
The idea is simple: keep the booking and the work around it connected as the retreat changes.
The solution also reflects a broader product direction for Booking Ninjas.
The company is moving toward understanding specific types of businesses more deeply, identifying the problems they repeatedly face, and creating a more complete starting solution around those workflows.
However, Booking Ninjas is not moving toward a rigid, one-size-fits-all model.
Different retreat centers can still operate very differently. One may focus on religious retreats, another on corporate groups, wellness programs, camps, education, or private events. Their billing rules, spaces, guest journeys, approvals, programs, and internal processes may not be the same.
Because Booking Ninjas is built on Salesforce, you can still configure and extend the platform when a customer needs something specific to how their business works.
This gives organizations a middle path between software that expects every business to operate the same way and fully custom software projects that can require significantly more time and investment.
Retreat centers can begin with a solution already shaped around common industry workflows, then tailor it as their operation requires.
The Retreat Center solution is the first packaged industry solution Booking Ninjas has created in this way, and the company plans to use the same problem-first approach as it continues learning from other industries.
