The company is seeking dedicated professionals to join its growing team in Bulverde and throughout Central Texas. Most of the work sits within an 80 mile radius of Bulverde, covering communities that include Boerne, Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Seguin, Dripping Springs, Blanco, Bandera, Comfort, Spring Branch, and Pleasanton. CDL drivers play a direct part in getting crews, materials, and equipment to job sites across that service area.

Positions with C Brooks Paving include competitive wages, performance bonuses, a consistent work schedule, on the job training, and year round employment. Crews typically work Monday through Saturday, with variations based on projects and weather. Previous paving experience is not required for all positions, and the company is willing to train motivated individuals for many entry level roles.

New team members work with modern, well maintained equipment. The company runs Etnyre, Bear Cat, and Leeboy machinery for its chip seal and asphalt work, and the same equipment supports projects ranging from residential driveways to road and site work for commercial and public clients.

Drivers and crews support the full range of the company's paving services. Chip seal, also known as tar and chip, is the company's top specialty, and the team provides chip seal pavingacross the Texas Hill Country for homes, ranches, and private roads. The company also handles asphalt driveway paving in Central Texas, parking lot paving, sealcoating, line striping, site grading and excavation, concrete work, and road and driveway sub-base construction.

On the commercial and public side, the team works on subdivision roads, city street paving, county road resurfacing, industrial park paving, and access roads for warehouses and factories. Repair and maintenance work rounds out the lineup, including crack repair and pavementmaintenance in the Hill Country and pothole and asphalt patch repair for existing surfaces.

C Brooks Paving is led by owner Courtnay Brooks, who has more than 23 years of experience in paving and learned the trade from his father and grandfather. The owner is involved in daily operations and is present on every job site. Every estimate is provided in writing with no hidden charges, and all work is guaranteed. The company describes its culture as a family atmosphere built on pride in quality workmanship and stable employment.

"Every new driver joins a team that does the job the right way, not the fast way. We only take jobs we intend to finish right, and the work has to speak for itself, so we look for people who take the same pride in the finished product," said Courtnay Brooks, owner of C Brooks Paving.

Applicants can email a resume to [email protected] with "Job Application" and the position name in the subject line, or call (210) 326-5707 to ask about current openings. The hiring process typically takes one to two weeks and includes an application review, an interview, a skills assessment for experienced positions, and a final hiring decision.
