New Cord Cutting Guide Released for Physically Severing Emotional Attachments
Sep 28, 2026
Beyond Tarot And More has released a new how-to guide on severing painful memories, traumas and addictive behaviors, for people who got no benefit from traditional methods: The guide is available at: https://beyondtarotandmore.com/psychic-reading/cord-cutting-ritual/
Spokane, United States, September 28, 2026 /PressCable/ -- A painful memory can take hold for years; it lingers on and on and will not let go. It might be a relationship in conflict, a loss, a major life change, a habit that will not break, or exhaustion that rest does not help. Beyond Tarot And More, a psychic reading and intuitive healing practice in Spokane, Washington, has published a new cord cutting how-to guide dedicated to helping people release trauma and negative emotions without endlessly talking about the past.
This most recent how-to guide from Beyond Tarot And More contains precise and detailed steps and instructions, and it is written for people who are serious about their emotional health.
The premise is not what most people are taught. Conventional approaches to difficult emotions work on how a person experiences and expresses them. Most psychological and self-help frameworks accept that the original trigger cannot always be controlled, so they concentrate on changing how a person interprets that trigger and how they respond to it. The guide begins from the opposite premise. The practice holds that a cord has a physical location, that it can be found, and that severing it removes the cord for good rather than teaching a person to manage it.
The full how-to guide covers three areas.
The first area explains how to tell when a cord is still stored in the navel, meaning a painful memory, a trauma, or an addictive behavior that has not been removed. It describes the quiet signals that something is still feeding on a person's energy, from thoughts that arrive uninvited at night to exhaustion that nobody can explain.
The second area covers the tool. The left hand draws the cord out and the right hand severs it with a black obsidian arrowhead, and the practice strongly advises against substituting another material.
The third area explains how cord cutting fills the empty void that counseling and time could not. Cutting a cord opens a space, and the guide holds that leaving that space empty invites the same emotion to return.
When asked about the reasons behind creating a guide on releasing emotional pain, Jeanah Jens, Founder and Intuitive Practitioner at Beyond Tarot And More, said: "Emotional attachments have a physical location. The guide teaches you how to find them and pull them out."
Jeanah has worked with thousands of clients across 47 years of practice.
