Americas Cardroom CEO highlights final-table transparency after $88,800 in Sunday cashes.
San Jose, Costa Rica, September 10, 2026 -- Americas Cardroom CEO Phil Nagy made two final tables on Sunday, September 6, finishing second in the $10,300 Phil's Thrill for $78,000 and fifth in the $2,650 Mini Phil's Thrill for $10,800. Playing as Justsomefish72, Nagy collected $88,800 across the two high-stakes poker tournaments.

The results arrived days after the launch of the free FT Replayer, which automatically publishes completed Americas Cardroom tournament final tables with every player's hole cards revealed. The browser-based poker replayer requires no account or download.
"The Final Table Replayer adds another layer of confidence because once the final table is over, anyone can go back through every hand with every hole card exposed," Nagy said. "With OSS XL running right now, players can review opponents, review themselves and see exactly how the final table played out."
Nagy created the Phil's Thrill family to compete regularly against high-stakes players on the site. Sunday also introduced the $2,650 Mini Phil's Thrill PLO, which drew 54 entries for a $135,000 prize pool and is planned as a weekly event.
The Replayer's launch coincides with OSS XL, which runs September 6-29 with 336 events and more than $50 million in guarantees. Americas Cardroom sees the replay library as both a study tool and a way to bring greater transparency to completed tournament action.

“We’re in the golden age of Canadian wines,” legendary wine writer Tony Aspler tells me confidently. We are at an intimate showcase of the stuff at the Canadian consulate in Hong Kong’s Quarry Bay neighbourhood, where representatives of nine wineries have gathered to prove that the true north has more than ice wine to offer. As a wine drinker with no particular bias – I will happily quaff a funky Austrian pét-nat (sparkling wine) as much as a fine Burgundy – it was natural for me to enter with...

There is a particular moment in Doha, just before sunset, when the city seems to change pace. Along the Corniche, locals and visitors gather for an evening stroll as traditional wooden dhows drift across the bay. Across the water, the towers of West Bay catch the last of the afternoon light. Nearby, the narrow streets of Souq Waqif begin to fill with families, friends and visitors settling in for the evening.
