Sacred Healing Launches Self-Trust eBook & Tools as Interest in Inner Work Grows

Sep 8, 2026

Sacred Healing has launched Patricia Markey’s "The Sacred Alignment Shift" and three practical tools as more adults reassess personal growth, purpose, and wellbeing. The release focuses on turning years of inner work into consistent, meaningful action.

Hillsborough Township, United States, September 8, 2026 /PressCable/ -- Sacred Healing has launched The Sacred Alignment Shift, a new eBook and three practical tools addressing a common challenge in personal growth: knowing what needs to change but struggling to follow through. Created by founder Patricia Markey, the 71-page guide is written for people who have spent time on healing, mindset work, spirituality, or self-development yet continue to feel stuck, lose momentum, or repeat familiar patterns.

The launch comes as personal growth and self-care remain priorities for many adults. A 2025 American Psychological Association/Harris Poll found that 96% of U.S. adults consider self-care important and 63% practise it at least weekly, while 21% report feeling guilty about taking time for themselves. The Sacred Alignment Shift approaches this gap through what Markey describes as “fragmentation.”

“Many people reach a point where they understand their patterns, they’ve done the healing work, and they know what they want, but they still can’t seem to move forward,” said Markey. “This book is about bringing those scattered pieces together so that what you’ve learned can become something you actually live.”

Rather than focusing solely on gaining new insights, the eBook examines the challenges that can arise when personal growth needs to translate into action. Across three parts, Markey explores recurring patterns, self-trust, manifestation, clarity, resistance to change, and the experience of starting again after losing momentum. The book introduces the “Sacred Alignment Framework,” which connects energy, mind, and identity with action and encourages readers to examine what may be happening when they know what they want but still hesitate to move toward it.

The eBook is accompanied by three practical resources designed to help readers apply the framework: an assessment for identifying areas of disconnection, a seven-day practice focused on taking small daily actions, and a goal-mapping guide that considers energy, mindset, and identity alongside personal goals. Together, the resources extend the book's editorial focus from understanding personal patterns to putting existing insights into practice.

Markey developed the framework after her own years of exploring yoga, neuroscience, mindset work, coaching, and energy healing. Her book focuses on the point that can come after substantial inner work: when gaining another insight is no longer the main challenge, and the bigger question becomes how to put existing insights into practice.
