Steve Gonsalves from TV’s Ghost Hunters and Ghost Nation, will be meeting fans at the Plaza Theatre in Glasgow, Kentucky Saturday September 12, 2026

Glasgow, Kentucky Sep 5, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - Paranormal investigator, television personality, and bestselling author Steve Gonsalves has officially announced his highly anticipated national theater tour, Steve Gonsalves LIVE: A Life With Ghosts. Launching this fall,he will be on stage at the Plaza Theatre in Glasgow, KY Saturday, September 12, 2026. The multimedia live production promises to take audiences on an immersive, thought-provoking journey into the unexplained, drawing directly from Gonsalves' twenty-plus years on the front lines of paranormal research.

Best known as the lead investigator on the hit television series Ghost Hunters and Ghost Nation, as well as the director of The House Inbetween, Gonsalves is stepping off the screen and onto the stage. A Life With Ghosts offers a rare, behind-the-scenes look into his extensive personal archives. The newly updated show blends historical details with firsthand case accounts, eerie audio and video captures, and exclusive, never-before-seen footage from his most famous and terrifying investigations.

Rather than relying solely on easy scares, the production leans into Gonsalves' trademark intellectual curiosity and thoughtful skepticism, exploring the deep, often unsettling history of the locations he has investigated. The evening balances moments with humor, audience interaction, and a live, completely unfiltered audience Q&A session.

"I've spent more than two decades searching the dark for answers, and what I've learned is that the true history behind these haunted places is often just as gripping and unsettling as the encounters themselves," says Steve Gonsalves. "This tour isn't just about sharing the evidence we've caught on camera or microphone; it's about giving people an honest, up-close seat next to me as we pull back the curtain on a life spent in the unknown. I can't wait to get out there, share these new cases, and talk face-to-face with the fans who have been with me on this journey."

The tour will feature multiple ticketing tiers, including a highly exclusive VIP package. VIP ticket holders will receive early entry into the venue for an exclusive meet-and-greet photo opportunity with Steve, a collector's hard-laminate badge and lanyard, a signed tour poster, and a signed copy of his bestselling book, A Life With Ghosts.

Tickets, VIP packages, and complete venue scheduling information are available now on the official tour website at SteveGLive.com.

Hong Kong pianist John Lee does justice to Rachmaninov and more despite dry acoustics

The marketing of classical music concerts has increasingly focused on the musician rather than the music, with the often ephemeral cult of personality perceived as more valuable than the notes they play, at least in drawing an audience. So, it was refreshing to hear the fine young musician John Lee play. After studying at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, where he is now a member of the faculty, Lee earned a master’s degree from the Royal College of Music in London with distinction and...

Why GLP-1 users’ impact on food-inspired fragrance market is nothing to sniff at

From cherry and banoffee pie to Tabasco and sesame, the list of food aromas popping up in luxury fragrances keeps growing. Now some perfume makers are starting to ask if weight-loss drugs might be reshaping what consumers want in a scent. So-called gourmand fragrances like Thierry Mugler’s pioneering candyfloss-inspired Angel and Nina Ricci’s toffee apple scent Nina have been around for decades. More recent growth in the segment has been attributed to the Covid-19 pandemic-era boom in online...

How betel nut chewing in China became a habit for millions, from emperors to commoners

The history of the betel nut, also known as the areca nut, stretches further back than previously thought. New research suggests that people on the Indonesian island of Sulawesi were enjoying its mind-altering effects as long as 25,000 years ago. The discovery began with two ancient skeletons whose teeth bore curious, deep grooves. Australian archaeologists suspected these were the result of repeatedly sucking on whole betel nuts. Chemical analysis subsequently detected traces of arecoline, the...

Yams vs sweet potatoes: the difference, nutrition and how to cook them

Widely known as Sam the Cooking Guy, Sam Zien is an enthusiastic proponent of sweet potatoes. He loves mashing them and seasoning with miso, butter and chopped spring onions. Or he cubes, boils and roasts the sweet potatoes, then adds a generous dollop of lemon yogurt, with sprinkles of dukkah, a mixture of chopped nuts and sesame seeds, seasoned with cumin, coriander and salt. Another way is to add sweet potatoes to quesadillas with Mexican chorizo, a highly seasoned fatty pork sausage, and...
