Charleston, South Carolina Sep 16, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - Sue O'Quinn is a REALTOR® with Luxe Realty Company, serving buyers and sellers throughout Summerville, Charleston, and the surrounding South Carolina Lowcountry area. With more than 11 years of real estate experience and over two decades of calling the Lowcountry home, Sue provides clients with valuable market knowledge, strategic guidance, and personalized service designed to create successful real estate experiences.
As an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), Military Relocation Professional (MRP®), and commissioned Notary, Sue brings specialized expertise to every transaction. She assists a diverse range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, military families, relocating individuals, and homeowners preparing to sell. Her goal is to make each step of the real estate journey clear, manageable, and aligned with her clients' unique needs.
Sue's approach to real estate is deeply rooted in a lifetime of service and putting others first. Her professional background extends beyond real estate, including experience in customer service, title services, office administration, and property and casualty insurance. This broad expertise allows her to anticipate potential challenges, negotiate effectively, and provide thoughtful solutions that protect her clients' interests.
Known for her communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to advocacy, Sue believes that every client deserves a trusted partner who listens, understands their goals, and provides consistent support from start to finish. Whether guiding a buyer toward their dream home or helping a seller navigate a changing market, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional results while building relationships based on honesty and trust.
Sue's passion for helping others is also reflected in her personal life. She has been married to her high school sweetheart from Georgia for 48 years, and together they have built a family centered around service, compassion, and community. She is blessed with four children and 17 grandchildren, whom she considers the heart of her world.
Her family's history of service has strongly influenced her own values. Her husband served in the military and law enforcement; two of their sons are in law enforcement, and their daughter and granddaughters serve in the medical field. Their shared commitment to helping others has shaped Sue's belief that service is not simply a profession--it is a way of life.
In the next few weeks, she will be organizing The Last Watch Foundation, which is something that has grown from her heart and from a deep respect for the men and women who have served our country. She wants to create more than a place where veterans can receive food, clothing, household necessities, and helpful resources--She wants to create a place where they feel welcomed, respected, valued, and never judged for needing a helping hand. Our veterans spent part of their lives standing watch for us, and she believes we have a responsibility to stand watch for them when they need us. Her hope is that The Last Watch Foundation becomes a place of dignity, compassion, community, and hope--a place where a veteran can walk through the door and know, without question, you are not forgotten, you are appreciated, and you are not alone.
Guided by her philosophy, "Anchored in Trust & Excellence -- Your Trusted Guide to Safe Harbor in Real Estate," Sue O'Quinn continues to provide dependable guidance and meaningful support to clients throughout the South Carolina Lowcountry. Through her integrity, experience, and dedication to service, she helps individuals and families move forward with confidence toward their real estate goals.

The appeal of a good knit is often immediate, from the softness against the skin to the reassuring volume and warmth. At 45R, those qualities begin well before a garment takes shape. The Japanese label’s latest selection puts the making process in focus, bringing together airy merino, characterful Shetland wool and the flecked textures of Donegal tweed. Founded in Tokyo in 1977, 45R approaches clothing through monozukuri, or the “art of making”, a philosophy centred on respect for craft and...

Back in April, suit jackets lined with interesting graphics and prints emerged as one of the more unusual fashion trends at the 2026 NFL draft in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the annual event where professional American football teams pick out the best young players looking to enter the league. At 22, Luca Yang was running a small teaching company in New Zealand after quitting a six-figure finance job that he hated. It had humble beginnings, where he tutored English online for A$25 (US$17.55) per hour just to get by. When one of his students got into Oxford, word spread: one student became 50, then 500. By most measures, he had already won the start-up lottery. “It was producing a lot of money, but it wasn’t something I actually loved doing,” says Yang, who was born and raised in...
