Supreme Health & Wellness Opens Miami Office for Bilingual Mental Health Care

Oct 5, 2026

MIAMI, FL, October 5, 2026 /MarketersMEDIA/ -- New psychiatric practice next to Jackson South Medical Center offers evaluations and medication management in English and Spanish, in person and by telehealth across Florida

Supreme Health & Wellness, a psychiatric practice providing mental health care in English and Spanish, has opened its new Miami office at 9380 SW 150th Street, Suite 260, next to Jackson South Medical Center, and launched a fully bilingual website at supremehealthwellness.org.

The practice provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing psychiatric care for adolescents, adults, and older adults across Miami-Dade County, treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, and postpartum conditions. Telehealth psychiatry is available statewide, so patients anywhere in Florida can be seen by video. A full description of the practice’s mental health services is available on its website.

Care is led by Dr. Alberto Oyaga, DNP, APRN-BC, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner licensed in Florida and Massachusetts. “My goal is to create a space where people feel heard, validated, and never judged or labeled,” said Dr. Oyaga, who was raised in Colombia and came to mental health care through hospital medicine.

The practice serves Miami’s Spanish-speaking community directly: every appointment, from the first psychiatric evaluation to follow-up visits, can be conducted entirely in Spanish, and the website is mirrored in Spanish at supremehealthwellness.org/es/. Functional medicine services, including comprehensive lab panels and hormone and metabolic health, are offered under the same roof, connecting mental health treatment with physical health.

Psychiatric care is insurance-based; accepted plans include Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, CarePlus, Oscar, and more. Functional medicine is self-pay. Appointments can be requested online or by calling (786) 968-4172.

‘I’m so excited’: Kim Jones on choosing Hong Kong as the home of his revived fashion label

One might not expect British fashion designer Kim Jones, a figure synonymous with modern luxury, to highlight reptiles as one of his earliest memories of Hong Kong. “I love Hong Kong, the weird side of it and the fact that there are king cobras that live here, and different snakes and the sort of things which most people probably get terrified of,” the 53-year-old says. Jones first visited Hong Kong after joining Dunhill as its creative director in 2008, visiting regularly in the late 2000s to...

Lily Mo Sheen, daughter of Michael Sheen and Kate Beckinsale, knows how to steal the spotlight. The 27-year-old actress turned heads at the Los Angeles premiere of Sense and Sensibility on October 7, effortlessly channelling Jane Austen in a white silk slip dress that she paired with black Tabi footwear. In March, Lily attended the Elton John Aids Foundation’s 34th Annual Academy Awards Viewing Party in West Hollywood, California, wearing a semi-sheer strapless beaded gown. Last December, she...

Gritty Jakarta Biennale, polished Art Jakarta – both tell Indonesia’s story, haze and all

At the 2026 Jakarta Biennale, visitors can plant cassava in moist soil. An evocative soundscape, including the calls of threatened birds-of-paradise, fills the air. Paintings made with natural pigments on tree bark hang on the walls. The installation by Papua-based artist collective Alyakha Kolektif draws attention to illegal gold mining and excessive logging that are damaging the environment in Indonesia’s Sentani region. The Journey Before the Journey: The Psychology of Planning a Vacation

A vacation begins long before a suitcase is packed. It begins in an ordinary moment: a tiring afternoon, a conversation with a friend, a photograph of somewhere unfamiliar. Planning a vacation gives that imagined life a date, a destination and the possibility of becoming real.
